The South Bay Family YMCA serves over 35,000 youth, teens, families and seniors throughout the communities of Bonita, Chula Vista and National City. Since 1960, the South Bay Family YMCA has been dedicated to improving the quality of human life and to helping all people realize their fullest potential.
Through a variety of programs like aquatics, camp, childcare, fitness, gymnastics, sports and teen activities, the YMCA provides a safe place where kids can learn about the values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
